HelpScribble 是一個可用來建立 Windows Help 檔案的好用工具程式。
您不需要額外的文字編輯器，您也不一定要是專家才能使用此軟體。

此軟體可在 Windows 95/98/NT4 環境執行，但它可以建立 Windows 3.1格式
與 Windows 95 格式的說明擋，也包括新式的內容檔（譯註：.CNT 檔）。

這兩種類型的說明檔都可以在 Windows 95/98/NT4 下開啟。
HelpScribble 也內建 SHG 檔（hotspot bitmaps）編輯器及 WinHelp 巨集編輯器。


HelpScribble is a great application for creating Windows Help files. It does not
require
an expensive word processor and you do not need to be an expert to use
it.



It runs under Windows 95/98/NT4, but it can create Windows 3.1 help files as


well as Windows 95 help files, including the new contents files. Both types of help


files will work with Windows 95/98/NT4.



HelpScribble has built-in editors for SHG files (hotspot bitmaps), WinHelp


macros, etc.
